The future of terrorism in America will include electromagnetic and microwave pulse guns, and other invasive electronic weapons, and techniques, which could include debilitating electronic psychological trauma via psyops and hypnosis. There is already a wide array of electronic weapons and equipment available via legal physical and on-line vendors in the U.S.     -Washington Post, Association of Old Crows, Will Filer, Information Unlimited, Fox...  

There are groups, individuals, in this country already proficient in the use of these technologies, weapons and torture regimens.  ISIS, the cartels, Al Qaeda are or will be.
