Otis Moon is a bi-polar Chandleresque-noir that takes place in the bleak yet frenetic time leading up to World War II, with unfixed and random stage settings that include San Francisco and northwest Ireland.  The story is character-driven and told from our semi-hero’s oddly humorous perspective, having been weaned on eclectic experiences from Southwest Africa to Spain, from Death Valley to the brown water of the Yangtze River.
