So a child born in a foreign country to American parents or parent can become president of the United States of America. Presidential eligibility is considered a "non-justiciable political question" that might possibly be a Congressional question and not a question for the U.S. Supreme Court. - Wikipedia Within Article II of the U.S. Constitution (abridged): "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States" can become president.
