A killer goes to jail for beating his wife (she “made him do it”). So, he decides to murder her but he doesn’t want to get caught and go back to jail. He uses one of a variety of electronic weapons legal in the U.S. today to kill his wife. He paralyzes, incapacitating her as she swims in a lake, and she drowns. A good cop shows up to investigate the tragic death. Accidental drowning. A coroner agrees... There are psychotronic weapons in the U.S. market that can change the reality of a living target from that of a good life into an abysmal hell, turning a working, useful intellect into a crippled one. There are remote transmitted psyops that can debilitate, cause blackouts, memory loss, a torture collective that can create life-ending nightmares and compel suicide… There are microwave, electromagnetic, ultrasonic weapons that can inflict pain beyond that which most of us will ever know… 9/25: You have an activist -- Pro Life, Pro Choice, Black, White -- this person is problematic for someone -- a corporation, the government, a network -- but law-abiding, decent, tough to lock up. So, the activist is targeted and electronically tortured, maybe gang-stalked as well, conditioned, brain-washed in effect to become erratic, paranoid, reactive and hostile, maybe even violent. Now you have a criminal: now you have someone that can be locked up... Kevin O'Kendley is the owner of Carbuncle Moon, and the author of all original material -- cartoons, blogs, shorts, essays, articles -- on the website. All quoted sources are noted. I am responsible for all posts. The only blogs not time-dated are those advertising nonprofits. All nonprofits were vetted, investigated, though the summer of 2018. The vetting lapsed in some cases afterwards or until the last blog on May, 31, 2021.
